Professional butcher knives from the Czech manufacturer Mikov with production in Mikulášovice, a small town located in the Czech-Saxon Switzerland region. Mikov knives combine tradition, craftsmanship and modern technology.

The blade with the Mikov logo is made of high-quality stainless steel 425 with a hardness of 53-56 HRc, which also contains Molybdenum and Vanadium alloys, thanks to which the knife has high cutting and abrasion resistance, this steel is proven for the production of butcher and kitchen knives. The handles are made of rosewood, which gives the knives a luxurious look, they have an ergonomic shape for a secure grip. The handles are connected by aluminum rivets.
The knife is certified for contact with food according to European Union standards.
